H.D.P.E

Polyethylene pipes contain finely distributed carbon black particles, alongside carefully selected polymers and thermal stabilizers, ensuring excellent weather and UV resistance. This provides long-term stability with an expected lifespan exceeding 50 years. Furthermore, polyethylene exhibits exceptional resistance to both rapid crack propagation and slow crack growth, offering a significant advantage for pressure pipes. PE 100 pipes are highly flexible and boast superior mechanical resistance compared to other pipe types. A key feature of polyethylene pipes is their high resistance to hydrostatic pressure, which ultimately determines the pipe's expected lifespan under internal pressure.

Established in 2006 on an area of 5,000 square meters, Al-Sharefin Plastics Pipes Company has an annual production capacity of 15,000 tons to cover market demands. Our pipes are manufactured from Polyvinyl Chloride, a material that outperforms others in producing pipes for multi-purpose applications including water networks, sanitary drainage, ventilation, and protective conduits for telephone and electrical cables. Production complies with several international standards, which are:

German:

German Standards DIN 8061 - 8062

Egyptian Standard:

Egyptian Standard Specifications (EOS) 1717 for sanitary drainage, and EOS 848 for potable water and irrigation.

Telecom Egypt:

Tested on flattening machines to ensure weld quality and integrity. Telecom Egypt Specifications: Arento Specification T.C161A.

British:

British Standards BS 3506

American:

Microscopic examination of the weld area to ensure the elimination of internal stresses. American Standards for drainage and ventilation pipes: ASTM D-1785, D2241.
